A critical question concerning the killing of a wounded Iraqi insurgent inside a mosque in Falluja last week is whether or not he was hors de combat. Kevin Sites' account of the killing makes it appear that he was in spite of the Marine's claim before firing a shot into his head that the Iraqi was pretending to be dead.
